Mish Mashkautsan

Mish focuses on B2B and frontier technology companies, with a particular interest in business operations and automation driven by data and AI.

His investments include: Rossum, Reveal, Papercup, MeiliSearch, Dataform (acq. by Google), Phasecraft, Automata, and Hailo.

When it comes to backing founders, we see every investment as a commitment to a long-term partnership. Not just for the next 18 to 24 months, but – hopefully – for the next 10 to 15 years.

Raised in Israel, Mish enrolled in its elite program Talpiot, where he was later Deputy Commander, after serving as an analyst and team lead in the defense establishment. Subsequently, he served as Chief of Staff at the National Cyber Bureau in the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office.

Mish holds a BSc in Mathematics & Physics from the Hebrew University, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
